Believe In What You Do; Do What You Believe In
The person we become is shaped by our thoughts, words, action and beliefs
Every year on 10 October, people around the world observe World Mental Health Day to raise awareness about the importance of mental health and well-being. The day provides an opportunity to encourage open conversations, reduce stigma surrounding mental health conditions, and promote greater understanding and compassion for those experiencing mental health challenges.
The overall objective of World Mental Health Day is to raise awareness of mental health issues worldwide and to mobilise efforts in support of mental health. It brings together governments, healthcare professionals, organisations, communities, and individuals to advocate for improved mental health policies, better access to quality care, and stronger support systems for everyone.
World Mental Health Day also reminds us that mental health is an essential part of our overall health. By promoting awareness, encouraging early intervention, and fostering supportive environments at home, in schools, and in workplaces, we can help create communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
