Good-condition salvageable vegetables from wet markets, supermarkets and various other facilities are cleaned and sorted manually by volunteers.
Through ensuring all surplus food is handled with the utmost care and mitigating any potential food-borne risks, The Lost Food Project, a pioneering food bank in Malaysia in rescuing food & surplus products for those in need and the Rotary Club of PJ are collaborating to distributing vegetables to an Orang Asli community in Bukit Manchung on a weekly basis.
