Where Wellness Begins with Mind, Body, and Breath

Recognising the growing importance of physical health and mental well-being, our club conducts a community Qigong programme that encourages healthy living through an accessible and time-honoured practice. Qigong is an ancient Chinese wellness discipline that combines gentle movements, controlled breathing, and meditation to promote relaxation, improve circulation, support internal organ function, and enhance overall physical and mental wellness.

Held every Saturday morning at Taman Megah, the sessions are free and open to the public, attracting between 30 and 40 participants each week. The programme provides a welcoming space for individuals of all ages to engage in regular physical activity while fostering mindfulness and social connection within the community.

Beyond its physical benefits, Qigong is widely practised to help manage stress, reduce anxiety, improve balance, flexibility, coordination, and concentration, while encouraging a greater sense of emotional well-being. Through this ongoing initiative, our club aims to support healthier lifestyles and contribute to the overall well-being of the community by making preventive wellness practices accessible to everyone.
